"Coaching"
At Newport Bowling Club, we are fortunate to have quite a number of bowlers who have been accredited as Coaches at a National level. They are always happy to arrange a coaching session, or more should it be wanted, to help bowlers improve their game. It doesn't matter whether the bowler is just new to the game, or is an experienced player wishing to "tune up".
Lessons are free to club members, although it is nice to review progress after the session over a drink that you have shouted.
For people wishing to be properly taught the basics and to try the game before committing themselves, we offer a short course of free lessons.
Lessons are generally organised for days other than Wednesday or Saturday at times which are mutually convenient for the student and the coach.
